At Mystical Realms Ltd., we endeavor to process and deliver your orders promptly.

It is important for customers to note that all shipping is exclusive of handling and processing times (The period needed to pick, package and hand over your order to the courier). Our handling and processing times are 2 working days. This handling and processing time applies to all orders, irrespective of the postage you paid for.

Customers are therefore advised to factor in this period in addition to the postage period paid for. However, we’ll always do our best to process your orders ASAP when we receive them to help make delivery faster.

Tax & Customs Duty

All orders made and delivered outside the United Kingdom may be subject to Income Tax and/or Customs Duty and it is the responsibility of customers to pay and clear their orders. Please check with your local authority as regulations differ from country to country.
